The Patriarche gîte, facing the vines and the meadow of Stan & Fredo, our two Provençal donkeys and mascots of the estate, was designed to be peaceful and open to the outside.
Spacious and functional, the 165m2 apartment overlooks the cellar and is surrounded by a terrace in the passageway. This, shared by the 2 gîtes, allows them to be served while each benefiting from an intimate furnished space (garden furniture and deckchairs). Kitchen, dining room & lounge area, 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (2 showers and 2 sinks) & 1 bathroom (2 showers and 1 sink), 2 toilets. Internet connection, central heating, covered terrace 100 m², unfenced common courtyard and land, fenced shared swimming pool (5X10), barbecue, parking.
An ideal place for families, it offers plenty of freedom in complete safety. From the walkway terrace, a wonderful playground, to countless excursions on the estate, you can also participate in wine tasting workshops and tours of the estate.
